The new Garrison Road restaurant by J.C. Penney will give residents the option for the “never ending” pasta bowl with soup or salad and breadsticks for less than $10. And, as with any restaurant opening in the lakes area, the first few days should be busy ones as people check out the eatery. The restaurant’s website features recipes and preview looks at menu offerings.
