LITTLE FALLS — A free one-hour, Preparing for Long-Term Care, seminar is planned at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Little Falls Senior Center, 510 Seventh St. NE, Little Falls.
Thrivent Financial representative Carlyle Olsen, will introduce long-term care — what it is, what it’s not and how to prepare for it. No reservations are necessary. No products will be sold at this event.

host Friday Morning Coffee
LITTLE FALLS — The Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce invites all chamber members, employees and guests to the Lindbergh Historic Site, from 7:30-9 a.m. April 11, 1620 S. Lindbergh Drive in Little Falls, for Friday Morning Coffee.
Announcements are at 8:15 a.m. Sponsoring this month is Lindbergh Historic Site.

BAXTER — The Greater Lakes Association of Realtors (GLAR) is sponsoring 7.5 hours of approved continuing education from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the GLAR education unit in Baxter.
The class is titled, “USPAP”, and is approved for continuing education credits for appraisers and real estate agents. Cost is $15 per credit hour and is covered under GLAR education card. Pre-registration is required.
