Both drivers suffer injuries in broadside crash

Both drivers were injured in a broadside crash in Mille Lacs County.

The crash was reported at 5:05 p.m., Friday, at Highway 95 and Highway 169, the Minnesota State Patrol stated.

Drivers Judith Perrine, 56, Aitkin, and Beverly Roxbury, 68, Princeton, suffered non life-threatening injuries.

Perrine was exiting Highway 169 in a Nissan Versa and attempted to turn east on Highway 95 when she was struck broadside by the vehicle Roxbury was driving. Roxbury was headed west on Highway 95 in a Ford Explorer.

Both Perrine and Roxbury were transported to Fairview Hospital in Princeton. Both were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

The Mille Lacs County Sheriff's office and Princeton Police Department assisted at the scene.
