Families in grief presentation is Aug. 19
Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center is offering a panel presentation on the topic of Families In Grief. It will be presented from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 19, and offer education and support with respect to the unique process people can go through when they experience significant loss. Topics will include a variety of family situations and needs during this shared loss.
Families In Grief is for those who have had a relative, friend, or significant person die. Common experiences of those who are living with grief include poor sleep, poor appetite, problems concentrating, and no energy for things that used to be enjoyable.
No pre-registration or fees required. Session will take place in a meeting room located in the lower level of the hospital, 523 North Third Street in Brainerd.
