PROPERTY DAMAGE – A report Monday of graffiti written on the SuperAmerica building, 421 NE Washington St., sometime over weekend.
A report Sunday of something spray painted on the side door of the Magic Skillet, 123 NE Washington St.
SUSPICIOUS – A report at 5:06 a.m. Monday of a vehicle parked at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE., for an extended amount of time with a male sleeping in it. Officer talked with man who said he stopped to sleep before driving through town.
ARRESTS – A 32-year-old man was arrested at 8:37 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 400 block on Third Avenue Northeast.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Sunday for third-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI), after a report of a driving complaint on the 800 block of 10th Street North.
A 43-year-old man was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Saturday for misdemeanor of giving a peace officer a false name and disorderly conduct following a report of an intoxicated person on the 700 block of South Eighth Street.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 12:33 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop on 15th Street Southeast and Norwood Street. He was arrested for third-degree DWI, no driver's license and a seatbelt violation.
INTOXICATED – A report at 1:46 a.m. Sunday of a female passed out on the sidewalk. Officer was able to wake the subject up and give her a ride home.
A report at 3:30 p.m. Saturday of two intoxicated individuals yelling at each other on the 400 block of North Eighth Street. Officers unable to locate.
A report at 2:55 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated person lying on the curb on the 1300 block of Norwood Street. Subject taken to detox in St. Cloud.
A report at 5:40 a.m. Saturday of a male sleeping in the hall on the 800 block of Walnut Street. Man was arrested for a Department of Corrections warrant.
A report at 1:46 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated subject causing a problem. The subject ran to Eighth and Maple Streets, before falling down. The subject was transported by North Memorial Ambulance to the hospital.
THEFT – A report Saturday of a theft of a bike taken from outside of Cub Foods within the past 15 minutes.
A report Friday of a theft of several items at the Family Dollar Store, 402 Washington St. A subject was cited for shoplifting.
A report Friday of a male suspect who stole cash from behind the counter at The Mercantile, 423 Washington St.
BURGLARY – A report at 2:35 p.m. Saturday of a burglary in progress on the 900 block of Mill Avenue. Officers arrived and found that a male was locked out of her home.
DOMESTIC – A report at 12:22 a.m. Friday of a domestic in the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.
ARRESTS - An 18-year-old man was arrested at 2:24 a.m. Sunday on the 7600 block of Excelsior Road for unregistered vehicle, no driver's license or insurance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol.
A man, who fled on foot after shoplifting, was located and cited for theft and assault after a report on Sunday at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road. Another male who did not flee from the scene was cited for theft.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at 4:04 a.m. Saturday on Knollwood drive and Foley Road, after a report of the Brainerd Police Department needing assistance in locating a male who was continually calling 911 for no reason.
A male and female were arrested on county warrants and another male for drug possession when stopped on the 7700 block of Fairview Road. The vehicle left Brainerd following a theft incident.
ASSIST - K-9 team assisted Minnesota State Patrol with a vehicle pursuit on Crow Wing County Road 2 and Highway 2. Vehicle was stopped near the casino in Onamia and the driver was taken into custody without incident.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report Saturday that someone had tried to blow up the complainant's mailbox on the 14000 block of Grand Oaks Drive. Officer observed a small amount of black powder and small burn mark inside the mailbox.
WELFARE - A report at 9:16 a.m. Saturday of a subject sleeping on the ground at Comfort Suites and Rapid River Lodge and Water Park, 7376 Woida Road. Officer found subject, who is homeless. Officer gave subject telephone numbers for assistance.
THEFT - A report at 12:35 p.m. Friday of a Waste Management garbage can stolen within the last hour on the 13000 block of Timberlane Drive.

HARASSMENT - A report at 2:09 p.m. Saturday of four persons on a floating dock pulling a silver canoe threatening to assault and shoot people on Lower Whitefish Lake, Pine River.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:38 p.m. Sunday of men arguing near her driveway on the 10000 block of Legionville Road, Brainerd.
A report at 6:40 p.m. Saturday from a woman who said her ex-boyfriend burned her clothes to prove a point.
ARRESTS - A 33-year-old man was arrested at 12:38 a.m. Sunday on the 39000 block of Swanberg Road, Pine River, following a report of a domestic.
THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of two three-wheelers, two dirt bikes and Craftsman tool chest from storage unit on the 25000 block of Pine Haven Road, Nisswa.
A report Saturday of a theft on the 200 block of Laurel Street.
A report Friday of a theft on the 26000 block of Ross Point Road, Nisswa.
A report Friday of a theft of signs on Rogers Lake Road and Crow Wing County Road 26, Emily.

OTHER - A report Saturday that someone left their cellphone at a residence. After retrieving it the next day, pictures of a male's genitals were left on the phone's photo gallery. Attempts were made to locate the individual, but they were unsuccessful.
THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a saw taken from a garage and decking taken from a yard on the 500 block of Eighth Street Northwest.
A report Monday that complainant had items that were on display stolen from the county fair, 15575 Hawthorn Road.
A report Monday of a model truck that was on display stolen at the county fair.
A report Saturday of a theft on the 500 block of Third Street Northwest.
A report Friday of a theft of cash from a wallet left at the Little Falls Car Wash, 113 Lemieur Street.
WELFARE - A report at 1:18 a.m. Friday of a male subject possibly holding his girlfriend hostage. Officers entered the residence through an open door and no one was inside.

THEFT - A report Aug. 6 of a theft of wood from her wood pile on 64th Street.
A report Aug. 4 of a theft of a red plastic gas can out of a boat on Gravdahl Drive.
ARREST - A driver was arrested Aug. 5 for third-degree DWI, driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety and open bottle on Grove Street.
FIRE - A report Aug. 4 of a recreation vehicle on fire on Highway 371 and County Road 17.
Breezy Point police
911 - Multiple calls from a 911 phone only came into the dispatch center Sunday. Officers checked it out and there was no emergency. A child was playing with a cellphone that the grandparents were unaware that it could access 911.
PARTY - A report at 11:38 p.m. Thursday of an underage party on the 32000 block of Channel Road. Officers located evidence of an underage party and located several items of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
THEFT - A report Aug. 6 of a theft of a Fleet Farm gift card on the 7500 block of Scenic Overlook.
ASSIST - Responded to a report Aug. 5 in Crosslake where an intoxicated man fell out of his vehicle and had a head injury.
BURGLARY - A report Aug. 4 of a burglary in a garage on the 8800 block of Breezy Point Drive.
