ARRESTS - A 25-year-old man was arrested at 2:02 a.m. Monday for disorderly conduct following a report to assist Baxter police with a combative guest, 7836 Fairview Road, Baxter.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Sunday for fleeing on foot and underage consumption following a report of an assault on Pine Street.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Saturday for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, third-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI), second-degree refusal to submit a test, domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 9100 block of Northtown Street.
A 26-year-old man was arrested at 1:17 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI on South Ninth Street and Maple Street.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 11:57 a.m. Friday for misdemeanor domestic assault, disorderly conduct, fourth-degree criminal property damage and probation violation following a report that a woman's boyfriend broke her car window and assaulted her on D Street.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 8:47 p.m. Sunday of a group of people threatening to beat the caller up. Officer spoke with groups and advised them to avoid contact with each other and to not disrupt the neighborhood.
INFORMATION - A report Sunday of the complainant's son refusing to wear a seat belt. Officer spoke with son and advised him of the importance of wearing a seat belt.
A report Saturday requesting an officer to speak to their child about stealing a cellphone.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 8:10 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious male attempting to gain entry into an apartment building on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. Male indicated he was trying to get in contact with a female friend. Man was sent on his way.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of a cellphone and a wallet on the 1400 block of Mill Avenue.
A report Saturday of a theft of change from a car on the 700 block of North Eighth Street.
BURGLARY - A report Saturday of an unknown person who entered a residence on the 900 block of South 10th Street, left freezer open resulting in spoiled food.
A report at 9:30 a.m. Saturday of a theft from a residence on the 1100 block of South 10th Street.
INTOXICATED - A report at 4:40 p.m. Saturday of an intoxicated male at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE. Officer made contact with subject and transported him home.
CITED - Two people were cited at 9:59 p.m. Friday for underage consumption following a report of a suspicious vehicle where occupants were smoking marijuana on Eighth Avenue Northeast.
A 16-year-old male was cited at 7:54 p.m. Friday for possession of tobacco and a 17-year-old male was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a driving complaint on East River Road and Jenny Street.
DRIVING - A report at 12:15 p.m. Friday of kids surfing on a vehicle on Washington Street. Officers unable to locate.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 2:02 a.m. Monday of a dispute with subjects who were just brought to the 7800 block of Fairview Road.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, where a 37-year-old woman and a 32-year-old woman were arrested.
A 23-year-old woman was cited for misdemeanor theft Saturday at Wal-Mart.
ARREST - A 25-year-old man was arrested at 3:04 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault on the 13000 block of Knollwood Drive.
A subject was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Saturday for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Dellwood Drive and Clearwater Road.
A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 11:16 p.m. Saturday at Wal-Mart for drug possession.
A 46-year-old man was arrested at 6:23 p.m. Friday for an Aitkin County warrant following a report of a dog in a hot vehicle on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive.

BIR - A report at 8:31 p.m. Sunday of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that rolled at Brainerd International Raceway (BIR), 5523 Birchdale Road, Brainerd. The driver fled and deputies were unable to locate.
A report at 12:28 p.m. Sunday of property damage at BIR.
A report at 10:59 a.m. Sunday of an assault at BIR.
A report at 11:33 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance at BIR.
A report at 11:02 p.m. Saturday of a female passed out and an ambulance was requested at BIR.

A 46-year-old man was arrested at 1:54 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct at BIR.

ARRESTS - A 37-year-old man was arrested at 8 a.m. Sunday following a report of a domestic on the 17000 block of Bernard Road. Deputies were called to the same residence at 4:26 a.m. Sunday for a report of an intoxicated person.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on the south side of Roy Lake.
A 34-year-old man was arrested at 7:01 p.m. Saturday for DWI following a driving complaint on Highway 210.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 7:59 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 21000 block of Semler Road, Deerwood.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 7:23 a.m. Friday following a report of a suspicious person on the 20000 block of Carlson Road, Ironton.
FIRE - A report at 8:54 p.m. Saturday of a fire in the back yard on the 2000 block of Tower Road, Ironton.
BURGLARY - A report Saturday of a burglary of a shed on the 27000 block of Bluebill Point Road, Garrison, where items were taken.
THEFT - A report Saturday of trespassing and a possible theft of wood on Crow Wing County Road 138 and Banyan Drive, Garrison.
A report Friday of a theft on the 15000 block of County Road 25, Brainerd.
A report Friday of a theft at Highway 18 Collision Center, 13587 Trails End Lane.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:27 a.m. Friday of a suspicious sound in the woods on the 10000 block of Ebinger Road, Brainerd.
Breezy Point police
BEAR - A report at 8:51 p.m. Sunday of a large black bear eating garbage in the roadway. The bear remained in the area of the 12000 block of Crow Wing County Road 11, while officers cleared the roadway.
ASSIST - Assisted Nisswa police at 10:06 p.m. Saturday to a burglary in progress on Poplar Avenue, Nisswa. Complainant stated she heard someone downstairs at her home. Officers checked area but were unable to locate anyone and found no evidence of criminal activity in area.
INTOXICATED - A report at 7:03 p.m. Aug. 12 of an intoxicated male causing problems on North Lakeview Drive and complainant would like him removed. Officers responded and stated male was extremely intoxicated and belligerent toward them. Man refused a preliminary breath test, but officers were able to obtain a sample of .271 with a blow by. Subject was transported to detox.
Pequot Lakes police
ASSIST - Assisted Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office with a possible structure fire at 1:29 a.m. Saturday on Ruttgers Road. Found a fire on hillside near a structure. Ideal Fire extinguished the fire.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 12:17 a.m. Saturday of a subject causing a disturbance with staff and some patrons in a bar on Veterans Street in Jenkins. Manager fired subject and told him to leave.
A report at 10:19 p.m. Aug. 11 of a dispute with a son, who refused to leave garage and come into the house. Officers were canceled, when son came into the house.
ARREST - Arrested subject at 9:14 p.m. Wednesday for third-degree DWI on 44th Street Southwest, Pine River.
THEFT - A report Wednesday of a theft of a Galaxy Note 3 cellphone on Olson Street.

DISTURBANCE - A report Sunday of a possible fight behind the Falls Bar, 107 First St. NE. A sheriff's deputy apprehended the suspect on Wood Street.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 11:53 p.m. Saturday of a male party walking down the streets yelling near the area of Key Row on the 700 block of 11th Street Northeast.
A report at 9:56 p.m. Wednesday of a male wearing a green shirt hitting signs and vehicles on First Street and First Avenue Northeast.
ARREST - A 38-year-old was arrested at 9:53 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Eighth Street Southeast for having a warrant following a report of suspicious activity.
A 33-year-old was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Saturday following a report of a domestic on the 600 block of Third Street Southwest.
A 45-year-old was arrested at 2:10 pm. Friday for DWI following a traffic stop on Second Avenue Southwest.
A 48-year-old subject was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Wednesday on a county warrant after officers made contact with him on the 600 block of Third Street Southeast.
ASSAULT - A report at 9:05 p.m. Saturday of subject admitting punching a victim in self defense on the 100 block of First Street Southeast.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft on the 300 block of Eighth Street Northeast.
FIRE - A report at 8:54 p.m. Friday of a possible fire on the 1400 block of Paul Larsen Memorial Drive. Officers located smoke and it appeared to be a fire that was dying out with just coals.
