INDECENT CONDUCT - A report at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday of an individual urinating in the parking lot at Costco, 13650 Elder Drive.
ARRESTS - A 45-year-old man was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI), domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a subject threatening people with a baseball bat on the 900 block of Fir Street.
An 18-year-old was arrested at 8:44 a.m. Wednesday for disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic in front of McDonald's, 512 W. Washington St.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, violating conditions of release, trespassing and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 700 block of Quince Street.
THEFT - A report Wednesday of a theft on the 300 block of North Ninth Street.
A report Wednesday of a theft of a vehicle on the 200 block of Buffalo Hills Lane East.
A report Wednesday of a theft of two traffic cones taken from the 600 block of Grove Street
DRUG - A report at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday that a child has found drugs/drug paraphernalia on Garfield Elementary School grounds, 1120 10th Ave. NE., on two occasions.
