ARRESTS - A 20-year-old man was arrested at 11:22 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Northwest Fourth Street
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Sunday for furnishing alcohol to a minor on the 1300 block of Quince Street. A 17-year-old male was cited for minor consumption.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and domestic assault following a report of a disturbance on the 1100 block of Quince Street.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at 9:02 p.m. Saturday during a traffic stop on Highway 6, Emily, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving after revocation and giving a false name to a peace officer. A 29-year-old female was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and a probation violation.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at 2:33 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1200 block of Maple Street.
A 24-year-old woman and a 30-year-old woman were arrested at 2:19 a.m. Saturday for active warrants after a report of a noise complaint on the 100 block of Laurel Street.
A 43-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 700 block of South Eighth Street.
A 19-year-old man was arrested at 2:49 p.m. Friday for fifth-degree drug possession and receiving stolen property on South Eighth Street and Norwood Street.
A 31-year-old man was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Friday for misusing a 911 emergency call and violating the conditions of his release.
INTOXICATED - A report at 8:47 p.m. Sunday of an intoxicated female who needed to be removed from a residence on the 1500 block of Pine Street.
A report at 12:31 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated female who needed to be removed from a residence on the 700 block of 28th Street Southeast.
JUVENILES - A report at 5:40 p.m. of kids climbing on the roof of the shelter in the park on the 1600 block of Rosewood Street. Officer made contact with kids who admitted to being on the roof and they agreed to not do it again.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 11:47 a.m. Sunday of a subject yelling at people on the 800 block of 28th Street Southeast. Officer responded and subject said she was trying to find a ride. She was advised to not yell at people.
A report Friday on the 500 block of Northwest Fourth Street of yelling and things "banging around." Three subjects were cited for underage consumption.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of a toy item from Totally Kidz, 618 Front St.
A report Friday of a theft of a purse on the 500 block of Washington Street.
A report Friday of a theft of two mountain bikes on the 400 block of Third Avenue Northeast.
A report Friday of a theft of one license plate on the 400 block of East River Road.
BURNING - A report Saturday of subject burning a couch on the 1200 block of Maple St. Officer advised subject of city ordinance and the fire was extinguished.
FIGHT - A report at 8:39 p.m. Friday of three individuals fighting on the 700 block of Laurel Street.
ARREST - Two juvenile males were arrested at 9:50 p.m. Sunday on the 13000 block of Cypress Drive as part of a drug investigation.
DISTURBANCE - A report at 5:08 p.m. Sunday of three disruptive teens at Whipple Beach, 14441 Oakwood Drive. Subjects left the area after the attendant told them to leave.
A report Friday of a disturbance on the 7800 block of Highland Scenic Road. A subject was upset because of a mess left by a finance. Subject was not yelling at anyone.
THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of a cellphone on the 7400 block of Excelsior Road.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report Friday of a tree in a yard on the 12000 block of Kingwood Drive that was toilet papered and the campaign signs were damaged.
A report Friday of graffiti on the inside and outside of the tunnel on the 7900 block of Highway 210.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 5:52 a.m. Friday of a teenage male in boxers on the 13000 block of Kenwood Drive who was outside, shooting a bb gun into the woods and chanting. Officers were unable to locate male.
FIGHT - A report at 12:05 a.m. Saturday of a fight at Lakes 12, 14145 Baxter Drive. About 10 minutes prior there was a report of a disturbance between two parties.

WATER - A report at 7:26 a.m. Monday of a 20-year-old man who was yelling for help while swimming on Lake Dahler near Emily. Emily firefighters and boaters were able to assist the man out of the water.
ARRESTS - A 46-year-old man was arrested at 4:09 a.m. Sunday for burglary after a report of someone breaking into a residence on the 9500 block of Putter Lane, Brainerd.
A 55-year-old man was arrested at 4:31 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop on Highway 18, west of Garrison. According to the in-custody list he was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree test refusal, obstructing with force, fourth-degree DWI.
DISTURBANCE - A report Sunday of a disturbance with a son-in-law in Fifty Lakes.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft on the 21000 block of County Road 3, Merrifield.
A report Saturday of a theft on the 25000 block of Bluff Side Road, Deerwood.
A report Saturday of a theft of a paddle boat, white and blue in color on the 22000 block of North Platte Lake Road, Hillman.
A report Thursday of a theft of $20 at a residence on Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd.
A report Friday of a theft from Hy Tech Construction, 11360 Business Highway 371.
INJURY - A report at 9:09 a.m. Sunday of an injury at the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 Laurel St.
GAS LEAK - A report at 4:30 p.m. Sunday of the carbon monoxide detectors going off on the 21000 block of Train Bell Road, Merrifield.
BURGLARY - A report at 6:44 p.m. Saturday of a burglary on the 6000 block of Edgewater Circle, Garrison.
LOST - A report at 2:06 p.m. Saturday of complainant lost in the woods near South Tower Road.
ASSAULT - A report at 2:16 a.m. Saturday of an assault on County Road 30 in Ironton.
THEFT - A report July 15 of a theft of a bike on the 23000 block of Nokomis Avenue.
ASSIST - Assisted Motley police Sunday with a suicidal subject who was trying to jump in front of the train.
Assisted Wadena County Sheriff's office with a domestic assault involving a firearm in Staples. Male was arrested without incident.
ARREST - A 25-year-old woman was arrested at 2:34 p.m. Thursday for driving after suspension.
FIRE - A report at 12:53 p.m. July 14 of a residential fire on the 400 block of Seventh Street Northeast. Fire is being investigated by the Minnesota State Fire Marshal's Office. Arson is not suspected at this time.
