ASSAULT – A report at 11:58 p.m. Sunday of complainant being burned by a cigarette on the 2400 block of Pine Street.
A report at 2:45 p.m. Sunday of a male making threats to stab everyone at a residence on the 700 block of South Ninth Street.
BURGLARY — A report Sunday of a burglary that happened in the past two days on the 1100 block of 15th Avenue.
A report Sunday of a house that was broken into on the 800 block of 28th Street Southeast.
A report Saturday of a burglary on the 1500 block of Pine Street.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 6:30 p.m. Sunday of subject at her house knocking on the door and took money out of her vehicle on the 400 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast.
ARRESTS — A 34-year-old man was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Sunday for second-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI) during a traffic stop on Quince and South Eighth streets.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Saturday on a probation violation after a report of a physical fight on the 700 block of Laurel Street.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at 1:44 a.m. Saturday for second-degree assault after a report of threats made with a knife on South Seventh Street and Front Street.
A 54-year-old man was arrested at 1:04 a.m. Saturday for third-degree DWI and DWI of .08 or more within two hours following a driving complaint report on Oak Street.
A juvenile man was arrested at 9:24 p.m. Friday for second-degree assault on the the 500 block of Quince Street.
DOMESTIC — A report at 9:23 p.m. Saturday of a verbal domestic between two parties who had been arguing for a while on the 700 block of South Eighth Street. Both parties were advised to keep it quiet for the remainder of the night.
THEFT — A report Saturday of a theft of a bike on the 800 block of Rosewood Street.
A report Saturday of a theft of a vehicle in the past 24 hours on the 600 block of Fir Street.
A report Saturday of a theft of a billfold from a vehicle on the 1300 block of Pine Street.
CITATION — A 16-year-old female was cited at 7:40 p.m. Friday for underage possession of tobacco and a 17-year-old female was cited for underage possession of tobacco and a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Jackson Avenue and Fifth Street Northwest.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report Friday that someone spray painted the southwest corner of the Brainerd High School, 701 S. Fifth St.
DRIVING - A report at 1:24 p.m. Sunday of a person in a vehicle driving southbound on Highway 371 who threw a can of Lime-A-Rita out of window.
THEFT - A report Sunday of a theft of a Powerlite BMX bike, chrome in color and missing a back tire on the 14000 block of Franklin Drive.
A report Saturday of a theft of a vehicle by a 15-year-old daughter. Female was booked for theft.
A report Saturday of a theft of a fishing rod and reel taken from a boat on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.
A report Saturday that complainant lost her purse at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road, and someone used the debit card at College Square.
A report Friday of a theft of a wallet taken from room at Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, 15739 Audubon Way.

DISTURBANCE - A report at 2:48 p.m. Saturday of a former employee who came and destroyed property.
BURGLARY - A report Saturday of a burglary on the 35000 block of South Clamshell Drive, Pequot Lakes.
FIRE - A report at 10:27 a.m. Saturday of smoke coming from a dryer on the 24000 block of Old Mill Road, Merrifield.
A report at 7:14 p.m. Friday of sparks coming from an electrical box on the 27000 block of Monroe Street, Garrison.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft on the 33000 block of Forest Knolls Road, Pequot Lakes.
A report Friday of a theft of a purse on the 8600 block of Crow Wing County Road 144, Brainerd.
A report Friday of a a theft of two gas cans taken from a dock and now complainant is missing a trolling motor on the 11000 block of Leisure Lane, Brainerd.
WATER - A report at 11:22 a.m. Friday of a person in the water yelling for help in Brainerd. All OK and accounted for.
ARREST - A 29-year-old man was arrested at 3:23 a.m. Friday after a report of a domestic on the 23000 block of Serpent Road, Deerwood.

GAS LEAK - A report at 1:44 a.m. Monday of a possible gas leak on the 30000 block of North Pinewood Drive.
HORSES - Assistance was requested Sunday to help round up several horses running alongside and across Highway 371 on the 23000 block of Smiley Road, Nisswa. Horses eventually caught by camp staff.

INTOXICATED - A report at 12:37 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated subject passed out in the alley way on the 100 block of First Street Northeast. Officer made contact and transported subject to parent's residence.
THEFT - A report Saturday of a theft of an electric guitar on the 700 block of Second Street Northeast.
A report Saturday of a theft of solar lights from the front of a residence on the 100 block of Lindbergh Drive Northwest. Complainant got her solar lights back.
A report July 23 of a theft of a purse from a vehicle parked near the middle school on the 1000 block of First Avenue Northeast.
SUSPICIOUS - A report Friday of a subject sleeping on a picnic table at Maple Island Park on First Street Southeast.
