MEDICAL - A report at 5:04 a.m. Tuesday of a medical at the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 Laurel St. Brainerd police assisted with the inmate who was being uncooperative.
FIRE - A report at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday of caller seeing an unattended brush fire across the bay on the 3600 block of Butternut Point Road, Pequot Lakes.
A report at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday of a tree on fire on Cuyuna Trail and Crow Wing County Road 26, Aitkin.
THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft on Kingwood Street and 10th Street, Brainerd.
A report Tuesday of credit card fraud in rural Brainerd.
ARREST - A 23-year-old man was arrested at 1:16 a.m. Tuesday for driving while intoxicated (DWI) on Highway 371 and Barbeau Road, after a driving complaint was called in.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 4:49 a.m. Wednesday of a male wearing a ski mask walking out of a driveway on th e14000 block of Jewelwood Drive.
THEFT - A report Tuesday of a female walking out of Super One Foods, 7895 Excelsior Road, with an unknown amount of merchandise.
ARRESTS - A 33-year-old man was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday for fourth-degree DWI and third-degree test refusal on Baxter Drive and Highway 210.
A 49-year-old woman was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Tuesday for fifth-degree domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Juniper Street. A 28-year-old man also was arrested.
A 31-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree assault, fleeing a peace officer on foot and disorderly conduct following a report of two men fighting on the 600 block of Oak Street.
A juvenile female was arrested at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday after a report of a second disturbance at Girls PORT Group Homes, 115 North First Street. The one disturbance report said a female kicked in the door and subject was unruly.
INTOXICATED - A report at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday of a possible intoxicated male wearing all black on Mill Avenue by the baseball fields. Officer unable to locate.
A report at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday of an intoxicated male sitting on a retaining wall on the 200 block of North 10th Street, who was yelling at people. Officers transported the male to detox.
THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive, Baxter.
A report Tuesday of a theft of a bottle of spiced rum from Save Foods, 701 Industrial Park Road.
A report Tuesday of a theft on the 300 block of Eighth Street.
