SUSPICIOUS - At 11:04 p.m. Monday, officer advised subjects to take their activities out of the public setting on Maryland Drive.
A report at 8:40 a.m. Monday of a subject trying to sell rocks out of a suitcase on the 7100 block of Clearwater Road. The subject was transported to the Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment in Duluth.
ARREST - A 39-year-old man was arrested at 2:33 p.m. Monday for fifth-degree assault after a report of a disturbance between parties on the 6900 block of Lake Forest Road.
MISSING - A report at 4:46 p.m. Monday of a canoe that floated away and had been missing for a month. Crow Wing County Sheriff's Boat and Water located on White Sand Lake.
ARRESTS - A 17-year-old man was cited at 8:46 p.m. Monday for disorderly conduct and property damage after a report of a male hitting another party at Port Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Monday for disorderly conduct and domestic assault.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at 8:45 a.m. Monday for a theft of services and trespassing/refusing to depart at Coco Moon, 601 Laurel St., following a report of a man loitering and causing a disturbance.
THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of cellphone on the 200 block of North Fourth Street.
FIGHT - A report at 11:45 a.m. Monday of a fight on the 200 block of North Seventh Street.

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 2:17 p.m. Monday of a suspicious person hanging out on the trails on Mollie Lake Road.
THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a battery off a dock on the 30000 block of Crow Wing County Road 3, Merrifield.

THEFT - A report Monday of a theft of a wall mounted battery charger and battery taken from a garage on the 300 block of Fourth Street Southeast.
A report Monday of someone failing to return the movies they rented from Coborn's Video, 1101 Second Ave. NE.
A report Saturday of a vehicle theft at Wal-Mart, 15091 18th St. NE.
A report Friday of a theft of a half tank of gas from a vehicle parked on the 700 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest.
A report Friday of a theft on the 700 block of Eighth Street Southwest.
A report Thursday of a theft of a garden hose that was hooked up to a residence on the 200 block of Fourth Avenue Northwest.
SUSPICIOUS - A report at 9:34 a.m. Sunday of a deputy needing assistance with a male who was yelling on the 300 block of First Avenue Southeast. Male claimed he was attempting to make contact with a female inside a residence, but was not having success.
911 HANG-UP - A report at 4:36 p.m. Saturday of a child calling 911 repeatedly. Officer located the child on the playground at Key Row, 905 Sixth Ave. NE. The child showed the officer the phone right away and said he was playing "cop." Officer walked him back to his residence and spoke with his mom about the situation. He also spoke with the child about when it is appropriate to call 911.
ARREST - A 64-year-old man was arrested at 11:50 p.m. Friday on Highway 10 for driving while intoxicated (DWI).
A 22-year-old was arrested at 2 a.m. Friday for DWI on the 15000 block of Highway 115.
