ARRESTS - A 31-year-old man was arrested for misuse of a 911 emergency call and a conditions of release violation at 12:14 a.m. Friday at the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.
A 32-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 10:44 p.m. Thursday at Fir and Eighth streets.
A 19-year-old woman was arrested for providing false information and theft at 3:34 p.m. Thursday at Holiday gas station on South Sixth Street.
A 33-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 12:45 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast.

A caller reported a tree in the yard covered in toilet paper and campaign signs damaged at 6:46 a.m. Friday at the 12000 block of Kingwood Drive.
SUSPICIOUS - A caller reported a teenage boy in boxers outside, shooting a BB gun into the woods and chanting at 5:52 a.m. at the 13000 block of Kenwood Drive.
