SANTO ANDRE, Brazil, June 23 (Reuters) - Germany rejected criticism on Monday from U.S. coach Juergen Klinsmann that FIFA deliberately scheduled matches and locations to benefit favourites because the Germans have an extra day to recover ahead of Thursday's clash.
