Taylor Finger

Year: Senior.

Age: 18.

Favorite art medium: “Pastels. I like many of them, but I go back to pastels a lot. I also like ink.”

Your greatest piece: “Is a pastel of a BMW that I just completed this past weekend at home. It’s pretty vibrant as for colors. I did a white BMW on black paper. I’m into cars, odd ball cars, older cars.”

How hard are you on yourself with your work: “There is always room for improvement, just like the BMW. I could have done the shading better on it. I’m kind of a perfectionist, but sometimes I’m not. I think some things are good the way they are, perfection is imperfection.”
