Great River Strings

Great River Strings and the Ripple River Strings, fall concerts: 7:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood; and 3 p.m. Nov. 11 at First Lutheran Church in Aitkin. Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and students and $20 for families. Children under 6 are free.


Community Band performance

Central Lakes College Music Department’s Community Band and Jazz Ensemble concert, 8:01 p.m. Tuesday, Chalberg Theatre. Admission is $5 for adults, free to CLC students with student identification and free to children under age 12.


Uff-da! Ole’ and Lena

Uff-da! Ole’ and Lena are getting married performance, 5:30 p.m. Friday, Deerwood Auditorium. Tickets are $25 for dinner and show.


Grassroots Concerts Series

‘Guys and Dolls’

“Guys and Dolls,” 7:30 p.m. Nov. 9-11 and Nov. 16-18, Pequot Lakes High School Theater. Friday and Saturday performances at 7:30 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors 60 and over and $8 for youth 18 and under. Accidental Hero

Accidental Hero performance 7:30 p.m. Nov. 9, Centennial Auditorium. Tickets are $12 for adults in advance or $15 for adults and $1 for students at the door.
