Vaadeland of Park Rapids puffs himself up in an effort to get his rooster "Rocky" to crow,as 12 roosters competed in the crowing contest to see which bird could call the most times in half an hour, at the Minnesota State Fair in Falcon Heights on Wednesday, Aug. 29.
