Adviser nomination: “Courtney has been doing a great job as an editor this year. She goes above and beyond on her pages and also takes on extra work and helps others with their pages as well. She is an asset to our team.”

Memorable fine arts achievement: Being named editor in yearbook.
Best part of yearbook: “Seeing the book before everyone else and seeing what we have created.”
Your best work: “The homecoming pages we did this past fall. Lydia Hollen (a BHS senior) and I did the layout. We got the copy and the photos and we designed the pages for it. It looks really good.”
Hope to accomplish in yearbook: “That this year’s yearbook will be one of the better ones.”
How do you go above and beyond: “Instead of creating all the same sized picture boxes, I do different sizes and I do cut-outs of people. I think outside of the box.”
Favorite TV show: “Gossip Girl.”
Favorite book: “The Lucky One.”
Favorite subject: Physics.
Favorite Disney movie: “Aladdin.”
Publication you read: “17.”
Favorite singer: Lorde.
Most daring thing you would do: Bungee jumping.

Honorable Mention: Natasha Ferrian, sophomore, Art. “Natasha is a very refined and meticulous book artist. Her work has a mature thought process and follow through to it. All of Natasha’s books are original, creative and well crafted. Natasha is only a sophomore and we are excited to have her in the art department.”
