Ray’s Promenaders will have a square dance Friday at the Franklin Arts Center. Plus will begin at 7:30 p.m. followed by mainstream at 8 p.m. Jim Kooyer will be the caller. The theme is red, white and blue night. There will be finger food after dance.
Alpha Chapter No. 23 OES
Birthday celebration, potluck dinner at 6 p.m. meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at the Masonic Hall in Brainerd. Servers will be Glenn and Faye Brown.
WHS class of 1958
The Washington High School class of 1958 will meet for coffee at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Northwest Pizza/Boardwalk Bread and Bagel.
Brainerd Legion events
Commander Chris’ all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast will be 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at the Legion. Cost is $7, adults; $4, kids.
Mike Dallaire will serve a meatloaf dinner from 5:30 p.m. until gone Thursday at the Legion. Cost is $8 ($7 with a pre-sale ticket).
Baxter Lions Club
BAXTER — The Baxter Lions Club will meet on Monday at Camp Vanasek. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. and the regular meeting is at 7 p.m.

WHS class of 1957 will meet 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Northwind Grille for lunch and a meeting about the 55th class reunion.
Senior dances will be 1-4 p.m. Tuesday at Motley with music by Jerry B.; from 1-4 p.m. Wednesday at Waukenabo with music by John and Virginia; and from 1-4 p.m. Friday at Deerwood with music by Country Diamonds.
BNSF Vets Association
The BNSF Vets Association will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Northwinds Grille for a breakfast meeting.
Amvets breakfast planned
The members of Amvets (AmericanVeterans) are serving an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Pelican Lake Conservation Club.
VFW Friday dinner planned
The VFW Friday evening dinner will be a Chuck Wagon dinner served from 5:30 p.m. until gone at the VFW. Cost is $8. Reservations will be appreciated.
