Lakes Area Senior Activity Center receives Moose gambling proceeds

After closing out its paperwork with the Minnesota Gambling Control Board Brainerd Moose Lodge 1246 has donated $4,339.27 to the Lakes Area Senior Activity Center.

“We will use it to purchase cooking equipment and that will be used for the nutrition program in the dining site,” Executive Director DeAnn Barry said. “It helps us get equipment that we were fundraising for and it made it happen a lot faster.”
