Ten will vie for Miss Pine River title at scholarship pageant Saturday


PINE RIVER — Ten contestants will take the stage in Pine River, Saturday, to compete in the 32nd annual Miss Pine River Scholarship Pageant.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7 p.m. “Around the World” themed pageant held in the Pine River-Backus High School auditorium.

Competitors include: Alicia Hagerty, Amanda Brunsberg, Cate Zebroski, Destiny Shivers, Franciscka Ellestad, Hunter Olson, Jade Krueger, Kari Brandon, Kelly Stranne and Rachel Kline.
