6 illnesses linked to organic eggs

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota agriculture and health official have linked six cases of salmonella sickness to contaminated organic eggs.

The Department of Agriculture says it's traced the contaminated eggs to the Larry Schultz Organic Farm in Owatonna where tests confirmed the presence of salmonella. Farm owners are cooperating with the investigation and have issued a voluntary recall of the eggs.
