St. Coud district to vote on civil rights deal
ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — The St. Cloud school board is set to approve an agreement that would settle a federal civil rights investigation into the alleged harassment of Somali students at two high schools.
The local Board of Education is scheduled to take up the agreement with the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education during the board's regular meeting Thursday evening.
