NISSWA — Kinship Partners will celebrate its 25th anniversary at its annual Taste of the Lakes Nov. 18 at the Gull Lake Center at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa.

The social hour and silent auction will start at 5:30 p.m. with the chef’s presentations at 7 p.m. followed by the live auction.

Taste of the Lakes is the major fundraiser for Kinship Partners. Tickets are $75 and a limited number are still available.

Each year chefs from the finest restaurants and caterers in the Brainerd lakes area provide a sampling of their epicurean delights. The businesses and chefs who have confirmed their place at this year’s Taste of the Lakes are American Gourmet Catering, Antlers, Black Bear Lodge & Saloon, Caribou Coffee, Dan’s Catering Company, Ernie’s on Gull, Essentia Health, Famous Dave’s, Grand Casino Mille Lacs, Grand View Lodge, Iven’s on the Bay, Jake’s City Grille, Lakes Latte Casual Catering, The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, Matty’s, Maucieri’s Italian Bistro, Bar & Deli, Prairie Bay Grill and Catering, Timbermist, and Whitefish Catering. Wine and beer will also be available for tasting.

Inner Circle of Friends table sponsors for the 2011 Taste of the Lakes are Ascensus, ATEK, Tim & Ann Bergin, Cub Foods, Deerwood Bank, Fiducia Benefits Group, and Happy Dancing Turtle. Co-table sponsors are Close~Converse, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, Essentia Health, LarsonAllen LLP, Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union, Midwest Family Eye Center, Sysco, and Thelen Plumbing and Heating. Anderson Brothers Construction Company; The Bernick Company; and CTC, Consolidated Telecommunications Company; and Happy Dancing Turtle will be sponsoring wineglasses.
