Charges dropped against Minn. smoke shop owner


MOORHEAD, Minn. (AP) — Charges have been dropped against the owner of a Moorhead smoke shop accused of violating a new state law banning synthetic marijuana.

Judge Lisa Borgen approved an agreement that drops charges against Pyromaniacs owner Yassin Wazwaz. In return, Wazwaz agreed not to sell synthetic marijuana for one year.
