Brainerd woman injured in two-vehicle accident

A 27-year-old Brainerd woman was injured after being involved in a two-vehicle accident at 12:19 p.m. Friday at the 400 block of South Fifth Street near the Post Office, reported the Brainerd Police Department.

Jessica Schwegel was taken to Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd where she was treated and released.

The second driver, Kathleen Badgerow, 70, Baxter, was not injured.
