Brainerd police

INFORMATION —A report at 6:27 p.m. Monday of a male at a window holding a .12 gauge shotgun.

INTOXICATED — A report at 11:27 p.m. Monday of an intoxicated male who attempted to open a parked car door at Laurel Street and Eighth Street.

ARRESTS — A 38-year-old woman was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Monday at the 700 block 28th Street Southeast for domestic assault by strangulation, domestic assault, fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

A 17-year-old male was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Friday after a traffic stop for felony probation violation. A long form complaint against the same juvenile for controlled substance crime in fifth-degree intent to sell, possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. There is a continuing investigation of pornographic work involving a minor and third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Friday on a county warrant.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested at 9:35 a.m. Friday after a report of a domestic on Gillis Avenue. The juvenile was transported to Grand Rapids.

A 16-year-old male was arrested at 8:48 a.m. Friday on a county warrant for third degree damage to property at the 600 block of South Sixth Street.

ASSAULT — Boys Port, 1406 Laurel St., Monday reported an assault between two residents.

THEFT — Jennifer Shields Sunday reported a theft of stereo equipment from an unlocked vehicle at the 700 block of 11th Avenue Northeast.

Samual Swartout, 1000 block of Fifth Avenue Northeast, Friday reported a theft of a vehicle. Vehicle was returned while the officer was taking the report.

Simonson Lumber, 518 Washington St., Friday reported a theft of a window. Officer made contact with the complainant who spoke to subject and there was a misunderstanding.

FIGHT — A possible fight was reported at 1:05 a.m. Sunday behind Bob and Fran’s Furniture store at 321 South Seventh St.

Jodi Marohn, 1600 block of 10th Avenue Northeast, Saturday reported a theft of a bike.

A report at 1:19 a.m. Saturday of several subjects pushing each other in a large crowd outside of Liquor Pigz Bar, 719 Laurel St.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 11:29 p.m. Saturday at the 1000 block of Grove Street.

A burglary in progress was reported at 7:49 p.m. Saturday at the 1200 block of South Seventh Street. Officers didn’t locate anyone inside the residence.

A burglary was reported at 1:38 p.m. Friday of a storage garage at the 1600 block of Kitty Hawk Court Building.

FRAUD — A fraud of a credit card was reported at 11:40 a.m. Friday at Eighth Avenue Northeast.

OTHER — A report Monday of the complainant finding a statue in the woods about six weeks ago.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report Monday of the complainant finding a nail in her car tire.

Crow Wing sheriff

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 6:49 p.m. Monday of a subject in a vehicle appearing to attempt to steal a road sign at Thiesse Road and Oakridge Road.

ASSAULT — A report at 2:52 p.m. Monday that the complainant’s grandson is being beat up at a residence on Cook Road in rural Brainerd.

Baxter police

ANIMAL — A report at 9:42 p.m. Monday of the complainant seeing a bear at the 4900 block Ashley Road.

SUSPICIOUS — A report at 11:07 p.m. Friday of a person dressed in orange running onto Highway 210 and then back toward the police station at Highway 210 and Memorywood Drive.

THEFT — Chassidy Kehl, 6000 block Lake Forest Road, Friday reported a theft from a vehicle.

A report at 5:20 p.m. Friday of complainant’s credit card and checkbook were stolen from Walmart, 7295 Glory Rd.

A report at 6:39 p.m. Friday of complainant’s losing her wallet and contents at Target, 14546 Dellwood Dr.

ARREST — Arrested a 27-year-old man at 5:31 p.m. Friday after a traffic stop for drug possession at Highway 210 and Highland Scenic Drive.

DRUG — A report at 6:40 p.m. Friday of marijuana in a baggy on the ground at the 13000 block of Berrywood Drive.

Staples police

THEFT — Jerry and Debra Faulk, 800 block Second Avenue Northeast, Saturday report a theft of five electronic devices.

Central Lakes College, 1830 Airport Road N.E., Thursday reported two diesel mechanical students wanted to report the theft of two Mac Tool multi meters model EM710. The theft happened about three weeks ago.

Little Falls police

THEFT — A report at 11:31 a.m. Thursday of a theft of a 40-inch flat screen television at the 500 block of Sixth Street.

A theft was reported at 9:46 a.m. Thursday at the 800 block of Second Street Southeast.

A report at 5:27 p.m. Wednesday of a theft of a handicap sticker.

A report at 5:12 p.m. Wednesday of a theft of a vehicle behind his business at 122 First Street Northeast.

A report at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday of a possible theft at the 800 block of Eighth Street Northwest.

BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 7:13 a.m. Thursday at the 100 block of Haven Road.

ARREST — A 42-year-old man was arrested at 3:38 p.m. Dec. 13 at the 700 block Ninth Street Northeast on an active warrant out of Isanti County.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 12:17 p.m. Dec. 13 of someone damaging the garage door of the recreation building at 900 block of Second Avenue Southwest. It was reported that there were holes in the door that appeared to have been done by a hockey stick.

Crosby police

ASSIST — A report Thursday where Crow Wing County dispatched an officer to assist a resident on Erie Avenue who reported water shooting out of a toilet and they couldn’t get the water shut off. While en route, officer learned the resident got the water shut off and all was OK, “well … not completely OK, but the bad part was over,” the report said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report Sunday of damage done to a fence around the Ironton ice skating rink.

A report Dec. 14 of vandalism at the Ironton ice skating rink.

DISTURBANCE — A disturbance was reported Sunday of a pounding noise coming from a residence on Winona Avenue in Ironton. Officer made contact and homeowner stated she was in an argument with a roommate earlier.

A disturbance Sunday at a business on First Avenue Northeast. It was reported that possible criminal disorderly conduct, assault and obstructing legal process will be forwarded to Crow Wing County attorney’s office.

A report Saturday involving juveniles hanging around a business on Fourth Street in Ironton throwing rocks.

A disturbance was reported Dec. 14 to a building on East Main Street of a male that needed to be possibly removed. Upon arrival, officers learned the male had left.

A disturbance was reported Dec. 13 brewing on Third Avenue Northwest.

ARREST — A 28-year-old man was arrested Friday on a county warrant at a residence on Sixth Avenue Northeast.

A 27-year-old Emily man was arrest Dec. 14 for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

THEFT — A report Dec. 14 of a theft from a motor vehicle on Curtis Avenue in Ironton.

BURGLARY — A report Dec. 14 of a possible burglary on the south side of Hematite Street. Officers assisted Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Department on call.

A report Dec. 12 of a possible burglar of a garage in progress at a residence on Oak Street. Upon arrival, officers learned there was no burglary and all present had permission to be there.
