Annual staples will include SoupFest tasting, at 14 participating Crosslake businesses, as well as the Search for the Lost WinterFest Medallion. This year’s major sponsor is Pine Peaks Retreat and Event Center, 39957 Swanburg Road, Crosslake.

New events this year include dogsled rides, vendor extravaganza, as well as a live comedy show featuring Wild Bill Bauer, as well as much more.

“With outdoor recreational options limited this year due to the weather, many people are getting cabin fever,” said Cindy Myogeto, Crosslake area coordinator for the Brainerd Lakes Chamber. “That’s why WinterFest, with a packed schedule of family friendly events, provides a great opportunity to get out and enjoy a fun-filled weekend.”
