Court hearing set for Dunlap

Allyssa Marie Dunlap, 22, Nisswa, charged with two-counts of first-degree sale of cocaine, heroin and methamphetamines, appeared in Crow Wing District Court Wednesday and the judge set her next contested omnibus hearing for 3:30 p.m. Feb. 8.

Dunlap was arrested Dec. 27, along with Stephen Poissant, 24, Breezy Point, after Crow Wing County sheriff authorities confiscated 12 ounces of the drug with a street value of $35,000 to $40,000. Poissant was charged with four counts of first-degree sale of cocaine, heroin and methamphetamines and first-degree possession of 25 grams of cocaine, heroin and methamphetamines. Poissant’s next court appearance will be 1:30 p.m. Feb.13.
