RE/MAX honors associates for
Associates at RE/MAX were recognized for outstanding achievement in 2011 in Nisswa and Crosslake.
Lakes Area Realty in Nisswa recognized associates for their outstanding achievement in 2011. They were named to the RE/MAX North Central 100 percent and Executive Club.
As the fourth and fifth highest regional honor for sales in a single year, 20 percent of more than nearly 2,000 RE/MAX North Central associates in Minnesota and Wisconsin achieved the 100 Percent Club level, and 26 percent achieved the Executive Club level.
In Nisswa, Howard Hanson was named to the 100 Percent Club. Joanie Carbone, Jill Macnamara, Bill Rickmeyer, and Sarah and Rebecca Sellnow were named to the Executive Club.
In Crosslake, RE/MAX associate Mark Wessels was named to the 100 Percent Club. Associates Teri Jo Flynn, Beverly Fussy and Mary Shimp were named to the Executive Club.
David Linger, RE/MAX North Central Executive vice president and regional director, said receiving any RE/MAX award in today’s market is a great accomplishment and achievements come from a lot of hard work and commitment to customer service.
Anderson, Martin earn
top sales awards
Kurilla Real Estate awarded two of their top real estate agents the 2011 Sales Achievement Award to Brett Anderson and Liz Martin for recognition of their success, professionalism and commitment.
Anderson has been a real estate agent in the Brainerd lakes area for the past 14 years and a real estate broker with Kurilla Real Estate for the past 12 years. Specializing in lakeshore properties, Anderson has been a consistent recipient of the Top Producer and Sales Achievement awards.
Martin has been a real estate agent with Kurilla Real Estate for 20 years and in 2008 received the “Agent of the Year” award. She attained a CRS designation, has been active in the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors and current member of the MLS board of directors. Liz Wieland Martins’ family has owned property on Lake Hubert for more than 90 years.
Minnesota Housing names Butcher
top producing loan officer
BAXTER — Bremer Bank loan officer Becky Butcher was recently named a top producing loan officer by Minnesota Housing.
Butcher was recognized for her work on first-time homebuyer loans completed in the third and fourth quarters of 2012. Butcher is a mortgage consultant for Bremer Financial Services in the Baxter branch location. She has nearly 30 years of banking experience, including 25 years working in the mortgage industry.
Minnesota Housing started tracking all first-mortgage loans originated by individual loan officers January 1, 2010. The program is designed to recognize individual loan officer production for first-time mortgage loan programs.
