INFORMATION — A report at 1:59 a.m. on Friday of a female crying loudly on her front step on the 200 block of North Third Street.
A report at 10:02 p.m. on Thursday of six to eight teens running through yards and ringing doorbells on the 10000 block of Island Drive.
ARRESTS — A 24-year-old male was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Friday on a Crow Wing County warrant.
A 19-year-old male was arrested at 3:13 p.m. Thursday on a Redwood County warrant after being found unconcious on the sidewalk on the 200 block of South Eighth Street.
A 23-year-old female was arrested at 2:27 a.m. Thursday for felony probation.
THEFT — Mary Parsons reported the theft of a picture worth $1,000 at 7:41 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street.
