Emily man killed after vehicle rollover

OUTING — A 37-year-old Emily man was killed Saturday after the vehicle he was driving came to a curve, and the driver lost control and rolled the vehicle while traveling north on Highway 6, a half-mile south of Outing, reported the Minnesota State Patrol.

The man was identified as Marc L. Stowe. The state patrol reported that alcohol was detected in Stowe’s system.

Stowe’s spouse, Molly Stowe, 38, Emily, was a passenger and she was taken to Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby where she was treated and then released.

The crash was reported at 9:40 p.m.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
