Minnesota Supreme Court to hear College Drive appeal

The Minnesota Supreme Court agreed to hear an appeal by property owners in regard to the state Court of Appeals decision, which found in favor of the city of Brainerd.

This spring, a three-judge panel with the Minnesota Court of Appeals found a claim against Brainerd by the owners of the Colonywood Apartment complex concerning the validity of the city’s College Drive project was without merit.
