Clear Lake man arrested on felony drug charges

A 56-year-old Clear Lake man was charged Friday with several drug counts in Crow Wing District Court — including possession of 34.3 grams of hallucinogen mushrooms and 16.3 grams of methamphetamine — after the Breezy Point Police Department arrested the man on July 18.

Dana James McEachern was charged with felony first-degree sale of 10 grams or more cocaine/heroin/meth within 90 days. This charge carries four mandatory years in prison, and up to a maximum of 40 years in prison.
