Question 1: What are your county’s biggest challenges and what will you do to meet those challenges? Crow Wing County’s largest challenges are the same as most other counties, gasoline price gouging, create higher delivery charges on all products including state and county costs which drive up essential food prices, clothing and wages. I would vote to order our senators and representatives to make new laws lowering fuel costs which would benefit retailers and the general public.

Question 2: How would you balance conflicts between encouraging businesses and preserving the county’s natural resources? Preserving the county’s natural resources would bring about more businesses and preserve more of our natural resources in the long run.

Question 3: Are there any specific programs you would cut or eliminate? I would eliminate wasteful driving with trucks and machine equipment such as sending three or four when only one was needed until gas prices come down. Gas prices are killing our economy. We all could buy more products and hire more people and make a better life for everyone if we cut gas prices in half.
