Crow Wing sheriff

FALSE IMPRISONMENT — A woman was padlocked inside a residence following a physical domestic, which led to felony charges against her boyfriend.

Michael E. Lundgren, 40, was arrested for domestic assault and false imprisonment. The incident was reported at 3:55 p.m. Thursday on the 22,600 block of North Street in Cuyuna.

The woman was treated for injuries at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby and released. An investigation into the incident is ongoing. Friday it wasn’t clear how long the woman was padlocked in the residence although an argument was reported between the couple, who were living together, on Thursday night.

ANIMAL — An intoxicated male reported hearing a dog in distress at 3:55 a.m. Thursday on the 30000 block of Olson Street in Pequot Lakes.

Baxter police

INVESTIGATION — Received a report at 10:07 a.m. Thursday of a male involved in indecent conduct on the 14000 block of Wildflower Drive. Baxter police reported interviews were still being taken to determine if there was a crime but the incident was isolated and did not constitute a threat to the public.

Brainerd police

ARREST — Arrested Billy D. Berry, 21, for fourth-degree DUI at 7:13 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Washington Street.
