Brainerd police

OTHER — A report at 5:55 p.m. Thursday of a 4-year-old boy running around naked on Eighth Avenue Northeast. Officer responded and the child was gone.

A report at 1:23 p.m. Thursday of a female who just stopped and filled a glass of wine on South Fifth Street and Laurel Street.

ARREST — Nola M. Remer, 29, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on the 2000 block of South Sixth Street for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, a probation violation, after a report that a patient took the doctor pad and attempted to get a prescription.

Keith Koesters, 53, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. Thursday on Thiesse Road and 13th Street Southeast for first-degree driving while impaired, driving after revocation, open bottle and for failure to signal turn within 100-feet of turning.

Crow Wing sheriff

ASSIST — Assisted Brainerd police with a prowler call at 11:36 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Laurel Street.

INTOXICATED — A report at 5:18 p.m. Thursday of a male in the yard yelling at people in Deerwood.
