KLKS departure is Crosslake Chautauqua program

CROSSLAKE — The end of Breezy Point-based radio station KLKS will be the topic of Crosslake Chautauqua program from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosslake Community Center.

“KLKS Signs off – the End of an Era” will be presented by Bob Bundgaard, who owned the station.

KLKS radio has been sold and soon will no longer be on the air. Bundgaard will tell the story of KLKS from its beginnings in 1984 to the present, will recall the personalities involved in KLKS over the years and will explain the factors that led to its sale.
