ATHLETE STUDENT OF THE WEEK: The Athlete Student of the Week is Fallon Ryan for Girl's Swim. Congratulations to Fallon.
ATTENTION SCIENCE STUDENTS: We have a wonderful opportunity to attend the Nobel Science Conference in St. Peter, MN at Gustavus College October 2nd and 3rd , all expenses paid. The topic of the conference this year is "Our Global Ocean". We will most likely cap the attendance at 40. Anyone interested in attending this overnight trip should obtain an application from any science teacher and complete it by Monday, September 24 . (Klecatsky)
STUDENT PICTURES will be taken Thursday on the East Balcony of the Gym. You will go to the balcony with your social classes at the assigned times.
YOUTH AS RESOURCES is a student lead group for the United Way providing financial resources to students for projects. We are accepting new members at this time. YAR accepts members in grades 6 -12. If you are interested in learning more about this organization, an informational meeting will be held on Thursday, September 20th beginning at 6pm at the BHS Career Center located across from the BHS cafeteria. GSA: strives to bring a climate of acceptance to the student body regardless of an individual's sexual orientation, gender, race, etc. GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance) is a non-judgmental, anti-bullying group where all students can feel welcome and accepted. GSA is a peer support group that provides leadership development while fighting discrimination, harassment, and violence in school. The first meeting is Thursday, 9/13 from 3:30-4:30 in Room A-222 (North Campus-Klecatsky's room)! Please join us!
KEY CLUB: If you are in grades 9-12 and wish to join KEY CLUB which meets every Tuesday morning in Room 200 (Mrs. Augustinack's room at north campus) at 7:45 AM, come check us out this Tuesday, Sept. 18th!!! KEY CLUB is a volunteer service group that helps with projects throughout the community and the school. We help with the Haunted Trail, Red Cross Blood Drive, Senior Center, YMCA Halloween carnival, Pennies for Patients, Homecoming and many more events.
FLYING WARRIOR GIRL'S HOCKEY will be meeting on Monday September 17, 2012 at 3:15 by the South entrance area, upper gym. This is a short informational meeting. If you are interested in playing, but cannot attend, please call 454-6614. Thank you, Coach Sustercich

THE BHS WEIGHT ROOM is open for all North and South Campus students on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:15-6:00. Go to the Warrior Activities Website to sign up for Fall Power Conditioning. Talk to Coach Stark or Coach Dorn in the weight room if you have questions.
