■ Brainerd man injured in rollover Friday
A 50-year-old Brainerd man was in fair condition Monday at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale after being involved in a one-vehicle rollover Friday near a residence on 9691 Wise Road in Brainerd.
The Brainerd Fire Department had to extricate to get Scott Stillwell out of the vehicle. Stillwell was airlifted by North Memorial Aircare on scene to Robbinsdale.
The crash was reported at 3:52 p.m.
Assisting the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office at the scene was North Memorial Medical Center Ambulance.
■ Bee distracts woman, causing crash
A 77-year-old Brainerd woman was injured Friday when the vehicle she was driving hit her house on the 2000 block of Crestview Lane in Brainerd, reported the Brainerd Police Department.
It was reported that a bee was in the vehicle that distracted Beverly Wicklund when she was driving. Wicklund was taken to Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center where she was treated and released.
The crash was reported at 2:45 p.m.
■ Upsala women hurt when
vehicle left roadway
UPSALA — Two Upsala women were injured Sept. 25 when their vehicle crashed on Balcony Road, south of 60th Street in Elmdale Township near Upsala, reported the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver, Kimberly Van Heel, 32, Upsala, and her passenger, Michele Fleischhacker, 29, Upsala, were both taken to St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls, where they were treated and released.
It was reported the vehicle was south on Balcony Road, when it crossed over into oncoming traffic, eventually leaving the roadway and then hitting an approach.
