Minnesota lawmakers plan to wrap up special session Thursday as hundreds protest

Crosby officer on paid administrative leave

CROSBY — A complaint is being investigated against a Crosby police officer, who was placed on paid administrative leave Aug. 31 for alleged officer misconduct, it was learned Wednesday.

Crosby Police Chief Kim Coughlin could not release the officer’s name, nor the details of the misconduct.

Coughlin said that the complaint is being investigated by the Mille Lacs Band Tribal Police Department.
