Crow Wing County to conduct community health survey
Crow Wing County conducts community health survey
Households throughout Crow Wing County have been randomly selected to participate in Crow Wing County Community Services Health Survey.
The purpose of this survey is to gather opinions from county residents to help Crow Wing County Community Services complete an in-depth community health assessment.
“Although our assessment will also include a comprehensive review of health-related data for Crow Wing County this survey tool provides an opportunity for residents to share their opinion as well,” said Gwen Anderson, Community Services supervisor, in a news release.
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. All answers to the questions are strictly confidential, and no identifying information will ever be linked to any of the responses, the county reported. There is a number on the survey, which is used only to record the survey was returned, the county said.
This survey is designed for adults age 18 or older. Since a limited number of people will be receiving this mailing, it is important that someone from every household receiving a survey completes it and mails it back. In this way Crow Wing County Community Services reports it hopes to offer services more relevant and responsive to the county’s needs.
