19-year-old Royalton woman hurt in crash

BUCKMAN — A 19-year-old Royalton woman was injured in a three-vehicle crash reported at 9:04 p.m. Monday on 83rd Street and 260 Avenue near Buckman, reported the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office.

Cassidy Giambrone was taken to a hospital by private vehicle.

It was reported that Steven Block, 46, Pierz, had a flat tire and that caused the lights of his vehicle to go out, while he was in the middle of 260th Avenue. A tractor-trailer driven by Ralph Gerads, 48, Albany, stopped to help Block off the road. While they were doing this, Giambrone’s vehicle came from the south and ran into the back of Block’s vehicle that hit Gerards’ vehicle.

28-year-old Pierz woman injured in crash

BUCKMAN — A 28-year-old Pierz woman was injured Monday when her vehicle hit an icy patch, making her lose control causing the vehicle to roll in the ditch, reported the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office.

Lisa Yeager was taken to a hospital by private vehicle.

The crash was reported at 6:20 p.m., a half mile north of Nature Road on 355th Avenue near Buckman.
