injured in crash

A 19-year-old man was injured in a two-vehicle rear-end crash reported at 4:27 p.m. Thursday at Thompson Road and Highway 25 south of Brainerd, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

Gary Skoog was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center, where he was treated and then released.

The other driver, Brett Moser, 17, was not injured.

The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office and the Brainerd Fire Department assisted on scene.
