Heartland Cable Commission offers scholarships

The Heartland Cable Commission, serving the cities of Breezy Point, Jenkins and Pequot Lakes together with Jenkins and Pelican townships, will award four scholarships worth $1,500 each to traditional, home-schooled and non-traditional students who live within the Heartland service area.

Scholarship grant applications and rules are available at Brainerd High School, Pequot Lakes High School, Pine River High School and Central Lakes College.

Applications must be returned to the school office or to the commission by April 16. Winners will be announced in May.
