Much Obliged-Blood drive

Cancer picnic

We would like to extend a special thanks to the “cancer” team from Essentia Health that put on the “picnic” at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center. It was wonderful to gather together with other cancer survivors. As we sat at the table listening to stories and sharing our own, we are very thankful to God and Jesus Christ for the healing that has occurred in this area. We thank the team of doctors, nurses, counselors and so many more people that work together to help those people that have a diagnosis of cancer. We prayed with a woman that was there representing her husband because he was too weak to attend the “picnic.” We pray that God will heal this man of his cancer. Thank you again, “cancer” team for this very important event.

Thank you

A big thanks to all who helped make the recent blood drive on June 13 a success. We collected 31 pints.

Thanks to Light of the Cross Church for the use of their facility, those who made the room ready and put it back the same way it was found, the ladies of the VFW Post No. 1816 for their cookies as well as volunteers who work the blood drive.

It is through the combined efforts of all the above and donors we say a hearty thanks.

We look forward to seeing many of you at our next blood drive.
