Haapajoki named to BPSF board
Eryk Haapajoki, a life-long resident of the Brainerd lakes area, has been named to the Brainerd Public Schools Foundation.
Haapajoki has worked in the technology field since 1998, currently working with CTC for the past four years and with Integra Telecom before that. He has been active as a coach for youth baseball and football. He has also been the executive director of the Brainerd Men’s Softball Invitational held every summer in Brainerd which has raised more than $38,000 for Camp Sertoma. Haapajoki is also a member of the Brainerd Jaycees, the Hairball Rocks Brainerd committee which supports Brainerd Area Hockey Association and Brainerd Basketball, as well as the Lakes Area Networking Group. He is also on the board of directors for the Brainerd Youth Athletic Association, Brainerd Community Action and is a past board member of Mid Minnesota Credit Union. He lives in Baxter and has three children.
