Open house, public comment period set for County Road 115

The Crow Wing County Highway Department will be conducting a project open house to provide progress updates and gather additional information from stakeholders regarding a future County Road 115 improvement.

An open house for Crow Wing County Road 115 (Nashway and Ojibwa roads) is planned from 9-11 a.m. and 5-7 p.m. Oct. 24 at Nisswa City Hall, 5442 City Hall St., Nisswa.

Those unable to attend or wishing to review the material online are encouraged to visit the project website at with a stakeholder survey available there as well.

The county reports the questionnaire is intended to compile feedback regarding the use of specific roadway improvement components and their potential impacts on the existing setting of County Road 115. This information will be used to guide the ongoing scoping process and provide a means to narrow the wide range of alternatives. The survey will become available on Oct. 24 and remain active until Dec. 2. Paper copies of the questionnaire will be mailed along with a self-addressed envelope. Participants are encouraged to carefully review all of the available information prior to completing the survey.
