Good Samaritan Society offers Living Well with Diabetes program
Good Samaritan Society – Communities of Brainerd and Pine River is offering a Living Well with Diabetes Program from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Brainerd - Woodland Campus, 300 Buffalo Hills Lane. The six-week course meets once per week and is free and open to the public.
The Living Well with Diabetes Program teaches skills for managing symptoms, fighting fatigue, eating healthy, and communicating effectively with your doctor and other health care professionals. The sessions also provide knowledge and information to better equip individuals for day-to-day living with diabetes for an improved quality of life.
