The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court:

Eric C. Disterhaupt, 28, Brainerd, was sentenced by Judge Kristine DeMay to 17 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud, with sentence stayed for five years for fifth-degree drug possession.

Lisa M. Ullrich, 45, Brainerd, was sentenced by DeMay to one year in Crow Wing County Jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI).

Duane S. Erickson, 45, St. Cloud, was sentenced by DeMay to 90 days in county jail, with sentenced stayed for two years for misdemeanor DWI.

Sean M. Graff, 31, Brainerd, was sentenced by DeMay to 365 days in county jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Scott A. Tryggeseth, 47, Rosemount, was sentenced by DeMay to 90 days in county jail, with sentenced stayed for two years for misdemeanor DWI.

Christina M. Rod, 26, East Bethel, was sentenced by DeMay to 17 months in the Shakopee prison, with sentenced stayed for five years for felony check forgery.

Bradley H. Foust, 25, Pierz, was sentenced by DeMay to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Jamie Fa Luis, 33, Merrifield, was sentenced by DeMay to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Steve A. Gottsch, 55, Brainerd was sentenced by Judge Earl Maus to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Connie L. DeRosier, 33, Brainerd was sentenced by DeMay to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for two years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Renee L. Gonzales, 27, Kerkhoven, was sentenced by Maus to five years of supervised probation for felony theft. The sentence is a stay of imposition and successful completion of probation will result in a misdemeanor conviction.

Justin D. Lipinski, 28, Brainerd, was sentenced by Maus to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for six years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Derek J. Iverson, 20, Brainerd, was sentenced by Maus to one year and one day in the St. Cloud prison, with sentenced stayed for five years for third-degree burglary.

Jay P. Weber, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced by DeMay to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Gilbert L. Phillips, 44, Little Falls, was sentenced by Judge David Ten Eyck to 20 months in St. Cloud prison for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.

Nicholas F. Edwards, 33, Brainerd, was sentenced by Ten Eyck to 31 months in the St. Cloud prison for felony charges of knowingly violating the registration requirements/ or providing false information as a predatory offender.

Vickie E. Tester, 56, Brainerd, was sentenced by DeMay to one year in county jail, with sentenced stayed for three years for gross misdemeanor DWI.

Matthew J. Groebner, 25, Oakdale, was sentenced by DeMay to 13 months in the St. Cloud prison, with sentence stayed for five years for felony theft.

Editor’s note: In court terms, when a person is sentenced and given a time that is “stayed,” it means that if the person violates the terms of their probation, that they may have to serve the original jail/prison sentence that the judge imposed.
