Wisconsin baby taken from bassinette found alive, doing well-police

Feb 7 (Reuters) - A six-day-old baby reported missing from his bassinette in southern Wisconsin has been found alive in Iowa and appears to be doing well, police said on Friday.

The baby was reported missing by his mother early Thursday morning, sparking a massive search that included federal and local officials, and was found on Friday morning in a tote bag, said Steven Kopp, police chief for the Town of Beloit.
